The overtime was barely begun that Steve Sullivan got a penalty. A penalty that cost the game as the Penguins scored the game winner with the man advantage.
All in all, the two teams seemed to be tired out there throughout the game. Both having played a 7 game first round series probably didn't help. The only positive thing we can see out if this game is that Biron was solid and game 2 promises to be another good game.
"Ok, so now they have the ice advantage", said coach Carbonneau. "But at least we didn't look too bad against a team made for the playoffs. I'm sure we can do better in the second game, after all we owe them for the last time we met in the playoffs 4 season ago."
Lets hope the Pens don't do in the Sens too quickly this time around. Go Sens Go!
